At The WAREHOUSE, situated inside the Aloft Tokyo Ginza building, we have prepared an expansive menu with food to suit everyone’s tastes.

We offer 3 vegan options on our dinner menu.

Assortment of grilled Miura vegetables: ¥2,400 
Sauteed, fried and grilled assortment of 10 colorful vegetables, prepared to best bring out their natural flavor. Served with a concentrated essence of onions and balsamic to add sweetness.

Spicy vegan curry with colorful vegetables ：¥2,800
A tomato-base curry simmered with 10 kinds of vegetables. Mixed with delightfully chewy barley and topped with grilled vegetables.

Aloft vegan burger：¥2,800
A satisfying burger with a soy meat patty, paired with special tomato sauce and a fragrant roasted almond mayonnaise.
