All food is plant-based. With the concept of “healthy junk food,” which does not use any animal-derived ingredients and is a combination of healthy and contradictory junk, we have developed a menu that is tasty, healthy, and environmentally friendly. It offers a total of about 60 types of food, including original curry made with soy meat, spicy mazesoba noodles, desserts such as donuts and gluten-free gateau chocolates, and drinks such as organic coffee, craft cola, and cold-pressed juice.
