Yukimatsu Kyokushou Dou (行松旭松堂)
An old Japanese confectionery (wagashi) shop established in 1839, eight years into the Tenpō Period.
A number of the wagashi they make have been certified vegan by NPO VegeProject Japan, including their youkan and fluffy habutae mochi.
