[Vegan menu overview]
・Vegan Tsukemen with a drink set only (Strictly by pre-booking / Allergens: Wheat) 1,500 yen
[Store descrption]
This small café is located near Kyoto’s World Heritage Site “To-ji Temple”. It will reopen by reservation only from June 2023. The menu offers a limited number of “Vegan Tsukemen”, a renewal of the popular animal-free vegan ramen sold in the past by the store.
Vegan tsukemen is served with one drink (drip coffee). The ingredients used are completely different from typical tsukemen. The dish is served in a café space. The soup is made with gentle-on-the-body ingredients such as donko and kombu broth, and soy milk as a base. Enjoy the pairing with smooth noodles.
Lunch is strictly by pre-booking. When making a reservation, please make it from the reservation website under the phone number. Please understand that the store does not accept reservations by phone.
