Having opened in September 2016, “Sado Natural Food Restaurant Takashi” serves you dishes which are mostly free from additives.
For rice, they use Koshihikari made in Sado, Nigata prefecture, which has obtained the highest rank of Japanese rice for 11 years in a row.
As a vegan menu, Shojin Plate includes a variety of dishes such as mushroom tempura, Chawanmushi with Chinese yam, and goma tofu (and reservation more than one day before your visit is required).
