Our restaurant focuses on natural materials. Walls of diatomaceous earth meet a floor of solid wood, upon which rests a five-meter counter table made of a single wooden plank.
Across it, an open kitchen allows easy conversation between customers and staff.
All our dishes are macrobiotic, vegan, and organic.
Our point of pride is lunch and dessert that change by the day.
Everything is made with love, from the ingredients we use to the ways we prepare them. All the while holding close a farm-to-table mentality.
