From April 13 to October 13, QBB—famous for its baby cheese—offers a 100% vegan restaurant at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion. Featuring their plant-based cheese brand Q・B・B PLANT MADE, the menu is packed with satisfying dishes that challenge the image of vegan food.
Enjoy items like cheesy cutlet sandwiches, spicy keema curry, kabayaki rice bowls, shakes with whipped vegan cheese, and colorful gluten-free donuts. All dishes are developed under the supervision of Michelin-starred chef Hiroshi Sasaki of Gion Sasaki.
