Temahima is a select shop & cafe,the theme of which is a fork-craft and fermentaion.We’ve renovated Japanese old house.You can feel comfort and nostalgia in our 90 year’s old house.
Lunch menu is only one menu, obanzai set and miso-veggi-keema-curry set(only Thursday). You can select miso of miso-soup from 3 kind of miso. We use bonito in soup stock.So if you are vegetalian or Vegan,please let us know. We’ll change to a vegetalian menu for you. Our owner chef,miso-sommelier,cook with time and effort (in Japanese,temahima!! ).
At cafe time,you can chose miso sweets and Raw sweets. Miso sweets(Chiffon cake, pound cake, pudding) is our orininal and gluten-free. Raw sweets is ,as you know, cooked below 48 ° C with No flour, white sugar, eggs, cream, etc.
