MAGATANIA is a retreat space where you can wash away the stress of life, surrounded by the power of nature.
It is located in a vast 500-meter-high meadow surrounded by mountains on all sides as a “house isolated in the forest” by the side of a cool stream. This café, restaurant, and shop offers food, healing, and information to refresh your body and mind, increase immunity, and free you from the stress of everyday life.
The menu is centered around organically-grown rice (partially-milled rice), locally sourced seasonal naturally cultivated and organic vegetables, mountain plants, and herbs. All the sub-ingredients and seasonings are also vegan, organic, gluten-free, sugar-free, unrefined, non-oxidized, and free from chemical additives. They aim to offer meals that not only refresh the body but are also delicious and satisfying.
There’s no Wi-Fi (no cell phone signal, free from electromagnetic waves!). Pets are allowed (only in outdoor and terrace seating). Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome. There are tatami seats that are popular with families with children. Payment is by cash only.
